Insured White Glove Delivery and Installation 

Our furniture products available in Ready to Ship, and Made to Order require professional delivery and installation. Our Installers will take care of the delivery, package removal and debris, and installation of the product in the interior environment at the delivery location specified in the order.

Ready to Ship Products: meaning Products in the catalogue published on the Website and immediately available in stock in the Unites States. 

Made to Order Products: meaning Products that are not readily available and that would be custom made pursuant to your instructions and requests.

RETURNS

Returns of Ready to Ship Products

You have the right to return for any reason any Products you purchased, within 30 (thirty) days after delivery of the Products.

If you have purchased several Products in a single order, the return period for each single Product expires after 30 (thirty) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of such Product.

In the event of a Product return, Molteni&C will refund all payments made by you by no later than 14 days after receipt of the Products by us, provided that the Products, after inspection, have not been damaged  and all the return conditions set forth herein have been met. The cost to send back the product will be borne by you. No refunds will be made in case the product returned is damaged. 

The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the order payment. 

Return Procedure for Ready to Ship Products

1. Send an email to help@moltenidada.com with your Order Confirmation number and the reason why you want to return the Product. You should clearly state in the subject of your email that you want to return the Product by stating RETURN ORDER NUMBER [__].

2. In order to comply with the return period, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of return before the expiry of the return period. Upon receipt of the return request, the Company will immediately notify you by email of an acknowledgement of receipt. 

3. After confirmation, you shall return the Products to the Company without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified the Company of your intention to return the Products. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the Products within the above timeframe at the following addresses:

The costs of returning Products are your responsibility. The Company will refund you once the Products are received at the abovementioned addresses and we have determined that all the return conditions set forth herein have been met.

Returns of Made to Order Products

Please note that the company will not accept returns of made to order products since these items have been customized accordingly to your personal preferences.

Returns of Art Pieces

Molteni&C does not accept returns for Art pieces.
